Refund policy

Section 1: Introduction

 

At Www.pujaitems.co.in , we strive to provide the highest quality Hindu religious products. Our 100-day return policy ensures customers shop with confidence.

Section 2: Eligibility for Returns

·       All products, including puja items, samagri items, idols, miniature temples, books, rudraksha malas, rudraksha, incense sticks, and yantras, are eligible for return.

·       The 100-day return policy is only applicable to all Pre-paid orders only. COD orders will be entitled to only a 7-day return policy

Section 3: Return Process

 

1. Customers can initiate returns within 100 days of placing the order, so long as the order has been fully pre-paid at the time of placing the order.

2. Customers must provide proof of purchase, original packaging (including labels), and a video of the product before shipping.

3. Shipping return costs up to Rs. 100 per item will be borne by Www.pujaitems.co.in . Any shipping costs over and above this limit will be borne by the customer.

4. The customer will be liable to ship the item back to us via any mode. Shipping charges upto Rs. 100/- will be borne by www.pujaitems.co.in and any shipping charges above that will need to be borne by the customer. In some cases, items may be picked up from the customer address via our shipping partner.

5. Customers can opt for refunds or store credits or equivalent value. Store credits can be utilized at any time over the next 365 days.

5. All return items must be fresh, un-used and un-damaged. Proof of the same is required by way of video.

Section 4: Refunds/Store Credits

 

1. Refunds or store credits will be issued after inspecting the returned item at our warehouse. In case of damaged items or used items, no refund or store credit will be issued.

2. Refunds are applicable only for pre-paid orders, excluding COD.

3. Refunds or store credits will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse and post inspection

Section 5: Reasons for Returns

Returns are accepted for:

-          Damaged or defective products

-          Incorrect size

-          Change of mind or any other reason

Section 6: Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 100 days of placing the order. To initiate a return, please send us a mail citing the reason and your order number.

Additional Clauses

 

1. Www.pujaitems.co.in  reserves the right to reject returns if:

-          Products are not in original condition.

-          Packaging is damaged or tampered with.

-          Proof of purchase is not provided.

2. Www.pujaitems.co.in  will not be liable for any damage or loss during return shipping.
